Studia Litterarum is a peer-reviewed open access journal devoted to the study of literary history and theory, folklore, comparative criticism, and primary sources. It covers the study of world literatures from antiquity to the present, with a particular focus on Russian literature. The journal welcomes research papers grounded in a wide range of theoretical and critical perspectives and provides a much-needed forum for critical inquiry and exchange among Russian and international scholars.
The journal is addressed to international audience and is intended for publishing Russian and foreign specialists in the field of philological studies.
The journal is published quarterly. We accept articles in Russian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
The Founder of the Journal Studia Litterarum is A.M. Gorky Institute of World Literature, Russian Academy of Sciences (IMLI RAN).
